It’s the severe self-loathing and utter disgust at oneself. It’s the questioning of your own value on earth and the heart-wrenching shame that you endure every single day.

My personal process to health and wellbeing has become not merely letting go of my own unwanted weight but yet letting go of all these many years of self-loathing in addition to self-doubt.
